Carl Ginsberg is a Board Certified Personal Injury attorney (a certification shared by less than 10% of lawyers in the state and by only 1 of the 13 civil district judges in Dallas County). Carl is a lawyer with Ginsberg & Associates and a graduate of Duke University and the University of Texas School of Law.

- Carl is a part of the Exam Commission of the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, where he aids in the writing and grading of the Personal Injury Law Exam.
- Prior to returning to Dallas in 1999, Carl held positions as an associate with Clark, Thomas & Winters, P.C., in Austin, TX, and as a briefing attorney for the Texas Court of Appeals.
